Each Chart Animation file is considered a single asset. The asset is for use by one entity (business or person) as many times as you like. If you are utilizing this asset for a client, the download is designated solely for that client’s project. Each client must obtain their own license, either through you or independently, for their project creation.
Restrictions
- Using the asset within a client project and charging the client for its cost is permissible. However, general reselling, re-distributing, or sublicensing of the digital asset as a standalone item is prohibited.
- Modification of the asset.
- Falsely representing the asset as your own.
- Making the standalone asset file public or sharing the file in any way that allows others to download, extract, or create print/download on demand products (merchandising).
